In fact, there is probably a number of changes you could make that would help you raise more money. But, the very first step to raising more money is far simpler.
Implement an annual giving calendar that delivers direct mail, email, giving day, and phone strategies at the same time each year.
Implement a special events calendar that hosts the same events each year.
Create traditions that help donors – year after year after year – become consistent with their giving.
If we want to raise more money, our first step is to stop confusing our donors.
